OK, I guess I need to talk with CJ again. A while back I preached to her about defending herself and personal space. It also does not help that she is a girl that is surrounded by boys. Boy cousins, boy play pals, and boys at the babysitter. She has no choice but to be rough, and rough she is. When we arrived to pick her up today the sitter's daughter said, "Boy, CJ is a rough one!" Daddy chuckled because that is what he wants his girl to be, but not too rough. She can be dainty but know how to pounce a joker out when need be. So I will sit down with her and give her some new parameters so that she takes it easy on the guys around her.
So hopefully I am not raising a bully but an heir to Laila Ali's title would be OK. Beauty, brains, and fists is a great combo platter. So I will pray she balances it all out.
