Well I guess Daddy and C.J. needed some quality time together. I think we both would have appreciated the time much more if we were not stuck in the truck for about two and a half hours. Today Mommy had to go to the doctor's, a routine check up people, do not worry. The thing is that we had to go to another office and drive a little further from home. This meant that C.J. would get restless and Daddy would be left alone to deal with her.
For the first part of the wait, Daddy kept the truck running to keep the cool air in the car. C.J. slept, but we did not need her to sleep for too long. After a while Daddy opened the windows and shut the car off. He began to do some work for the upcoming week, and then noticed a swarm of gnats. Immediately he put the windows back up and turned the air on, but C.J. was awake and it was about her time to eat. So I moved the car, then changed her, and prepared her bottle and watched her eat.
Then Daddy became annoyed and bothered, and C.J. began to cry. I have self diagnosed ADHD and I can not be in the same place for too long. So I just began to drive. I did not have a clue where I was going, but I had to go somewhere other than that lot with no scenery. We drove for about ten minutes, and then came back to get Mommy. We arrived home much later than usual and Daddy has a headache so he will call it a blog early tonight and try to get through Game 6. We did the best we could in the car, played, cried and got frustrated together. So as you pray tonight pray for Daddy and his headache and pray for the Lakers! We know prayer changes things, people, and situations!
