Today marks the beginning of the NBA Finals and Daddy and CJ's team is a part of the festivities. This year The Los Angeles Lakers against the Boston Celtics. Daddy and CJ support the Lakers of course. After going up north to see her Uncle Hadi off to his 8th grade Social, CJ began to get a little tired. So once Daddy ate his dinner he bathed CJ, (oh yes folks, Daddy daughter bath night still occurs) and prayed with her, then we came in the living room to watch some of the pre-game show.
So tonight we took it easy, not to many highlights tonight. We went, we saw, we concurred. CJ did get to meet some of Daddy's childhood neighbors babies today. They are a little older than she is. She actually was cordial to the boy, come to think of it he spoke to her first. Hmmm, not good. I have to speak with her about that. I will have her straight by the time she needs to be. Mommy says that CJ is too friendly. Daddy says, "she is just like him, a social butterfly." I always say that I want her to have sixty percent of Mommy's personality and forty percent of his. That might curb some of the friendliness.
Now Daddy is watching the game so he can report to CJ the outcome in the morning. So I will get back to hat I was doing now and wait for Mommy to come from fighting with CJ to go to sleep. Keep praying folks, prayer changes things, people, and situations!
